Membership in the NDQHRA
To participate in the Northern Plains Futurity and Certified ND Bred Stakes races, owners must be a NDQHRA member from the time the first entry fee installment is made. Also, only members are eligible to receive awards at the year end.

To join the NDQHRA simply fill out the Membership Form below and mail it with your check or money order to NDQHRA, PO Box 188, Mapleton, ND 58059.
